7/20 Update from Mr. Miller

Greetings, 

As we come to the close of our Summer Band Camp, there's some important information I need to share with you. Please see the rehearsal schedule as well as some reminders/notices below.

Friday, July 21, 2023 Schedule

8am-11am - Morning rehearsal

11am-12pm - Lunch (not provided)

12pm-5pm - Afternoon rehearsal

5:30pm - Dinner (provided for students & families)

6:30pm - Summer Band Camp Preview Show/Showcase

7pm - Parent Meeting

- We are still accepting water donations for the season. Feel free to drop off your 1-2 cases before dinner. 

- Several adults have reached out regarding not being able to submit payment via Charms. Mrs. Pinzon will be available on site tomorrow with the credit/debit card reader for those who would like to pay towards their fees tomorrow. 

- I am ancouraging all parents to stay for the parent meeting. There will be information concerning the season, expectations, and volunteer opportunities.
